Holidays are here, and so are the emotions!

When it comes to promoting brain development, especially learning control, ‘tis the season! From feeling excited to see their cousins to waiting to open gifts to not telling Aunt Lucy that her stuffing is dry 🤐, all require a lot of self-control, which is hard when our little brains' Fronnie is not fully formed (until they reach their early twenties, or even later!).

And as parents and teachers, this season is challenging for the kids and us because schedules are off, emotions are running high, there is so much stimulation, and everyone is feeling the stress – which makes our bodies more reactive! What can we do about that?
